hello.
I have loaded PNG files for the first time.
all necessary specs are done.
my PNG files were loaded for review 2 weeks ago, but still not accepted or rejected. Althou jpeg files review about 2-3 days.
may be somebody knovs, what is the trouble with PNG review?

PNG is reserved for transparency. Is that why you uploaded PNG?

You're in a wait queue along with many, many other contributors. Be patient. Your assets will be reviewed in the order they are received.

Photos and Vector graphics are usually reviewed in 5-15 days.

Generative AI Illustrations could be 1-2 months.

If you submitted into the Illustrations section, it will take some time. If you submitted a photo, it should be moderated as usual.

I don't think that PNG's are moderated differently than JPG's. What is the asset type of your PNG's? Generstive AI?

Are they classed as "illustration" or "photograph" ?
