Great photos begin with proper lighting.

Atmospheric conditions like this require the camera to be firmly mounted on a tripod, the lens opened up and shutter manually set for a longer than normal exposure time— probably not feasible with a phone camera.  A nice idea that didn’t work.

According to the histogram the overall exposure is fine:

Was this photo taken with a smartphone? To me it looks like it was. When enlarging it, it has the quality look of a smartphone , or taken with a camera that has a small sensor. Personally, I think this is the main problem. The quality–still–taken with a small sensor–drone, smartphone–cannot compare with a camera that has a bigger sensor, like a ‘full frame’ camera.

As it was taken also in rather gloomy conditions, it dosen’t bring any ‘depth’ to the photo. The lighting is flat.

Hola, no, la imagen fue tomada con una Sony Alfa 7 III, en un dia con llovizna y un poco gris. De los pocos momentos de luz que se dieron, fue ese momento en el que el cielo abrio un poco y se percibio asomandose el monte Anboto.

    OK,

I’ve looked at the specs of this camera, and the specs are good.

In this case, I think the new compression format WEBP format that it is converted to makes a difference in the quality that we see here.

The shadows need opening, but doing so reveals some apparent noise.

You may want to sharpen it a tad. Help the buildings pop out a bit more.

    The shadows are underexposed.

The image is underexposed, particularly in the area around the buildings.
