possible scam by instagram offering purchase of extended licenses and adobe stock

hello i am an adobe stock contributor, https://stock.adobe.com/es/contributor/207545998/Imaxepress 
And today it happened to me that a user from India interested in acquiring some images in 
Adobe Stock contacted me on Instagram, once I passed him my profile he offered me this, 
I transcribe literally
"Deal is
I will buy your image on adobe stock
For which you get 25$
And for this I will charge you 10 $ each photo
Note these photo I buy will have extended license"

I don't know the identity of the user in adobe stock but the instagram account
 is @himanshu.ks
Attention because it is a scam, I rejected the offer because I am not willing to pay because they buy me 
licenses of my own images but surely it is a way to get money from unsuspecting users
