i submitted some vector 2 months ago but adobe stock didn't give me any single message for approve or not? why they need too much to approve it.

There is a huge backlog of assets waiting to be reviewed. Many contributors have reported waits of 2-3 months or longer. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to hasten the process.
