Hi my name is Rabin i have adobe contributor id.Last 29 June I withdrew the payment from Adobe stock, I have not received the payment so far, why has no mail comes?

The payout takes 10 BUSINESS days. You withdrew on a Saturday, June 29, so the process would not have even started until Monday, July 1. July 4 was a US holiday, so only a total of 4 business days have passed. Be patient.

As long as the status is pending, the payment has not yet been done and there can't be money arriving at your account. As soon as the status changes to done, the money has been transferred to your payment agent (in your case Payoneer) and they are responsible for crediting your account.
