Preview Images of new uploads that are under review are blank

My account is behaving a bit strange since yesterday. For every new upload I'm asked to verify that I am a human, and then instead of the preview image there is just a blank box shown. This seems to be the case for all uploaded files since yesterday. 

I logged into Adobe Stock from my work laptop in a shared office space (wework) yesterday, which I suspect may be related. 

Is there anything that I can do so that my account behaving normal again? Thanks!

    Looks like this was just a bug, new uploads appear to be working normally again 🙂

    You are correct, it was a bug, and has happened to a few users. It seems to have been fixed. As for verfifying your identity, this was due to you logging in from a different IP address and was unrelated to the bug itself.

      Looks like this was just a bug, new uploads appear to be working normally again 🙂
