I am a photographer, contributor to Adobe Stock.  Until now I have been uploading pictures to Adobe without problems.  But now I can´t upload files  It appears an error message about upload errors  - with all files.  Anyone know what can be happening?

Best Regards,

Tomás

Hi @Tomás23861523x74d ,

Are you still getting the error message? If so try the following:

Run an Internet speed test using speedtest.net

If your ping is above 50ms this will cause time-out and your file will not upload.

If your upload speed is below 1Mbps, it might be too slow and also cause time-out and your files do not upload.

If it is that you are using Wifi and the above is true then the work around is to use wireless service, assuming your wireless speed is 3G or more.

The reference link is standard for all files that do not upload regardless of the reason.

Best wishes

Looking at the system status of Adobe stock, there was some maintenance at the end of the month.

When you get such errors, you always should share as much information as you have. Screenshots may be best. It is also useful to try different methods to upload. So if you are using normally a tool like Bridge or Lightroom, you may try uploading via a browser. If you upload via a browser, you may attempt to change the browser or enter private mode. You may also change the computer and the network (fixed line to mobile, for example). All this will help you to determine the cause and eventually the actions you need to take.

It would be helpful if you provided a screen print of the error code and described the manner in which you are uploading files.
