Problem with image quality with AI

Hello, I hope you're doing well. I would appreciate your help in understanding the possible reasons why these images were not accepted so that I can make the necessary corrections for future submissions. Thank you for your time, I truly appreciate it

The first picture is underexposed with a white balance issue. The face has an aqua tint.

The second picture is better exposed, but still slightly underexposed. There seem to be a small amount of chromatic noise also.
