Problem with material approval

Dear managers, dear managers, administrators, those people who are responsible for the acceptance of authors' materials. Please help me to solve this problem, when I upload a material it can be more than six (6) months remains unchecked. My materials remain unverified, not even a rejection or other, just hang on the page unverified. The other authors from my city, which I know they quickly accept, does not last even a week. Please help me to solve this problem. Long verification kills my motivation. My ID 211404302

We are not Adobe, but contributors like yourself, and we can not be of assistance. You are not the only one experiencing this issue. Your only options are to continue submitting until you have reached your upload limit.

This is a user-to-user community, not Adobe.

 

The wait time for Review can be anywhere from 1- 3 months. Wait times vary depending on the workload & how many assets are ahead of yours in the wait queue.

 

If your assets have been in review longer than 3 months, try deleting and resubmitting them.

Sorry, but there are no dear managers here, only contributors. But your issue is very well known, and probably also to the managers, and you are not alone. Your options are:

  • stop contributing.
  • continue contributing and deleting the assets and resubmitting.
  • continue contributing and waiting for the assets to be moderated.

As for your peers in your city: they are probably lucky enough to get their assets moderated faster or they contribute other asset types, but that is no guarantee, that their luck won't run out.

You are not addressing Adobe directly here in this community and will receive no reply here from an Adobe rep. There is nothing we can do to hasten the review of our assets.
