Problema com upload de fotos

Olá! a quem puder me ajudar, serei eternamente grato, pois estou com problemas para fazer upload de fotos para análise na plataforma da Adobe Stock, sempre que tento, aparece a seguinte notificação na parte superior da tela "Seu cartão de identificação foi rejeitado. Envie outro antes de continuar." Eu clico na opção "Vamos lá" mas nada acontece. por favor alguém pode me ajudar? Pois não consigo contatar o suporte Adobe.
