Problema con el model release. model release

Hola

Estoy teniendo bastantes problemas con que me acepten las fotos, supuestamente es porque el model release no está correcto. Lo he revisado varias veces pero no encuentro cual puede ser el fallo. Llevo mandando fotos desde hace mas de un año y no he tenido problemas. Además en otras agencias me lo aceptan sin problema.

Adjunto el model release a ver si podemos encontrar en que estoy fallando.

Did you save your release form as a large legible JPG before uploading?

Yes, I transformed it from PDF to JPG format before uploading it. I have checked several times that the dates are correct, that they are correctly signed. I don't know what is going on. I use Easy Release Pro, I've never had a problem until now, I've even updated the APP, but Adobe rejects it.
I'm going to print the form and send it scanned in JPG format to see if it works.

That shouldn't make a difference. You did attach the ricght release? Not that you attached a different one to the shooting. Is the release getting refused or is the picture getting refused?
