Problema con el pago

Buenos días.

hace varias semanas intententé cobrar el importe acumulado de ganacias. Pero no pude. Simplemente apareció un mensaje que decía que no se había podido realizar la operación.

Hoy he vuelto a probar, dos veces, y el resultado es el mismo. No se puede completar la operación.

 

Entonces he intentado escribir un correo, pero Me dice: "Lo sentimos, se ha producido un error al enviar tu asunto. Mientras solucionamos este problema temporal, puedes publicar tu pregunta en el foro"

 

Total, que si el pago no funciona, y adobe está "missing" lo llevo claro.

 

A alguien mas le ha ocurrido esto ?

If you are qualified to request payment as pointed out by @Abambo but still get an error then try using a different browser. If that works, then delete your Adobe cookies.

Thank you for your comment. Yes, simply using a different browser has worked the first time.

Although the 45 days criterion is not applicable, I have been a contributor to Adobestock (then Fotolia) for 10 years or more...
