Me gustaria saber cuales son los problemas para rechazar esta imagen, para aprender?

I see a few odd marks around the ear, nose, and a few other spots around the outside edges of the dog that makes me think there background has been replaced or it's a composite/AI photo.  There aren't super obvious, but noticeable at 100% view in Lightroom.

Yes, there are artefacts around the dog. I would guess that the background would have been blurred during the edit.

Nice dog, but seen at 100% there is not much detail in the fur:
