Had you done so, you certainly would have known that logos and license plates in vehicles are forbidden due to IP concerns. You must zoom in between 100-200% (using Lightroom or Photoshop) and scroll through every part of your image to look for flaws. Nevertheless, most of the flaws in this image are readily apparent at even the small size: blownout highlights, poor focus, artifacts, chromatic aberration, white balance, and lack of detail. The best way to learn what constitutes a good image is to spend lots of time looking at images from good photographers. You can also look at similar images that have already been accepted by Adobe stock, but those are available only as thumbnails so it's not possible to inspect them carefully.
