It's most likely been suspended due to a potential violation of the Contributor Agreement.  Your only option is to contact Contributor Support with the email provided and inquire about your account.  The first reply will most likely take several days, and then an investigation will likely happen that may takes weeks.  Your only option from here is to communicate with Adobe with the email link provided.

Click “Contacte-nos” and ask your question. Adobe answers by e-mail, so watch your spam folder. Adobe will answer you, there is no need to send 100 times the request. As for the rest, there is nothing we here can do for you. Good luck.
