The image embedded is too small for a correct check. IMHO, the exposure is OK, even if it is on the dark side.

The exposure is too dark.
Let's correct it in Lightroom.

The text on the signboard is visible.
It will be rejected due to IP issues.

The train itself may also be grounds for rejection due to IP issues.

Which Adobe application is this related to (Acrobat, Acrobat Reader, or another app)?

Is this about the quality of a scanned document, a printed PDF, an exported image, or something else?

What device and platform are you using (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android)?

With more detail, we'll be able to point you toward the right fix.
