To add to the previous comment, the shot has a white balance issue. It has a blue cast.

The missing sharpness is a problem, that can't be cured. An exposure time of 1/30s is not short enough for freehand photography and even sometimes tripod photography with your 200 mm lens. You should have lowered your f-number, getting the ship sharp, the background blurred, and a much lesser exposure time. Turning a bit to the right would have brought the ship out of that corner, with some room to the right.

 

If you lighten the shadows a bit, the hull comes out better.
