The histogram shows some loss of details in the shadows and both are slightly underexposed. Adobe seldom approves images where the “Loss of Details” indicators in the Lightroom histogram are on.

Stock won’t teach you to curate your own photos. It’s assumed you already know how to do that. 

Examine images at 100% to 300% magnification in Photoshop or Lightroom.

Use onboard tools to help you check for proper light exposure, sharp focus, ample color saturation, neutral white balance and lack of unwanted artifacts— sensor spots, noise, halos or chromatic aberrations.
