Problems connecting to the FTP server

Hello,

I haven't uploaded in a loong time due to personal reasons but now I was trying top connect to submit a new batch and am having problems connecting to the FTP server (I also have videos I want to upload). Have done everything descrieb in learn more on the upload page, like introducing the sftp://sftp.contributor.adobestock.com address, ID and generated password but it gives the following result even after I have raised the timeout from 20 second to 100 (before it just timed out):

Status: Connecting to sftp.contributor.adobestock.com...
Response: fzSftp started, protocol_version=11
Command: open "203744280@sftp.contributor.adobestock.com" 22
Error: Could not connect to server
Status: Waiting to retry...

Have tried Cyberduck aswell as another custom ftp client and all of them time out.

Any solution?

Am I missing something?

I used to be able to connect really easy but it has been more than a year since my last upload.
