Problems submitting photos from contributor dashboard

Hi,
I have a strange issue. My photos are keyworded and ready to go "green check mark". I press submit and I get the messsage "thanks for the submission (or something like that)". When I then go to see my submittet files, the ones that I submittet are not there, and when I go back they are still in the "Keywording" section with a green check mark. I have tried several times to submitt but the issue remains. Dont want to submit them again in case of double subission or the likes.

Has anyone had this issue? or is it a server/site issue?
Havent had any problems before when submitting.
