Problems to sync the seller part froma Fotolia to Adobe Stock - Buying part synced

We had a Fotolia acount where we licensed works from other artists and sold our own works (photographs and 3D-Illustrations). Lately we got an email that one of our works have been sold. Following that mail, we realized, that we should sync our account to Adobe Stock. So we created a new Adobe ID and started the syncing process. The buyer part went over without a problem: the license history is there. But after agreeing to the new terms and conditions (in a pop-up window) there was an info about a confirmation-email going out, that unfortunately never arrived. Now I am stuck with an Adobe Stock account that does not permit a syncing for the seller-part. Our images are still listed (https://stock.adobe.com/contributor/52246/imanic?load_type=author&prev_url=detail) but we have no access to them. We already wrote to "contributor-support@adobe.com" but that kind support person keeps sending us a link to "https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/create-account.html" (meanwhile three times – even after lengthy explanations why that does not seem to help !). But on that same page there is a note which says account-linking is only possible the first time you create your Adobe ID – which unfortunately seems to be true.

I tried to link the accounts via "https://stock.adobe.com/de/fotolia/login". When I enter the login-data, there is an addtional text that I should contact costumer support via a form (link). Following that link, I came to a chat that pointed me to this forum because of a lack of personal in the current situation (cvd-19, I guess). So here I am, at least trying it. I somehow doubt that a forum can help with a technical account-problem like this, because of a lack of account-access. But I have to try ...

Thank you all for your time and efforts to help! Stay safe!
Wolfgang
