Hi, can someone tell me the issues with this photo, i want to improve it to send it again!

What is the refusal reason?

At the first sight, I see blown out highlights from your flash (easy to edit out, however), chromatic aberration on these highlights, noise, and artefacts.

You have also colour noise

...and out of focus, where I would expect all elements in focus.

I also do see little commercial value in this picture.

As @Abambo indicated it's overexposed and the lighting is harsh. The f stop you chose is too wide open, resulting in a shallow depth of field and many areas of the jmage are out of focus. The composition is also lacking. You've cut off the handle of the measuring cup which is turned upside down, I've never turned a measuring cup upside down over a pile of brown sugar on the kitchen counter....

I would choose a different background and you have white balance problems in this photo.
