Problems with the attached realease created with Easy Release Pro

I am having problems with the model realease created by the "Easy Release Pro app" in adobe stock. The same document is accepted in other agencies and here it is rejected when it complies with all the data it should have.

 

Attached is a document that has been rejected. I hope you can help me.

Contact contributor support for this. I do not know if Adobe accepts this release, but it looks OK to me. Need help? (Stock Contributor Support)
