Prompt link to resubmit ID Card not working after rejection

Hi,

Today, I signed up to be an Adobe Stock Contributor. I had already tried years ago, but I was under 18 then so my ID was declined. In my "Uploaded Files" tab, there is a red bar telling me to submit a new ID with a button labeled "Let's Go". 

The issue is that the button is not actually a link. My mouse cursor changes from a pointer to a hand but clicking yields no result. I have tried on Chrome, Edge, and Firefox, and the link is dead on each browser.

I hope someone can help.
