property release

I have submitted an image with a property release, adobe’s template, all filled in correctly. It’s been refused as ‘incomplete’. How is their own template ‘incomplete’? I have tried contacting online chat but my god they are useless. My first question is always ‘are you in stock contributions and able to help? I get a hundred questions taking hours to answer, only to get ‘sorry I’m not in that department’, NUMEROUS times. I have nearly given up submitting this image. I’ve submitted it again today to see if it is accepted, but I’m guessing it will be refused again.

Did you attempt to submit with Adobe Sign?

Or did you upload a high quality image of the release form from your Contributor dashboard?

You’re obviously contacting the wrong people.
Online chat is for Adobe Product customers only. They handle billing & subscription issues, not Contributor matters.

A legible JPG or PDF of the signed release form is required by Stock.
Dates should match the photo shoot.

I don’t recommend posting sensitive information in a public web forum. But it would help us help you if we could see what you submitted (redact all sensitive info first).

There’s not way of helping you if you don’t share the image and or release as you sent it.

If you prefer dm me and I’ll try to help you figure out what’s happening. Don’t just resubmit without anything different.
