Property Release Missing ???

Hello everyone.
My picture called - A view to Castell Walt Disney World Magic Kingdom in Orlando, Florida. I joined it a few months ago and got approval and also started making money and not bad at all. Suddenly a few days ago I see that they moved the picture to the reminder area, with the answer that it is suddenly missing - Property Release Missing. And it is after a few months that this picture works.
I do not understand why .
I tried to change the image to a different name and sent it for approval once again, only now it was rejected due to the quality of the image. And I have many photos that are of very high quality and have not been approved. I do not understand why.
why is it happening ? Who sits there and filters the pictures? It's very frustrating
Attach a picture.

Thanks.

This image should never have been approved, both for IP and quality issues. The IP issue is obvious since Disney carefully protects its IP. The technical issues include leaning verticals, blownout sky, partially erased power line. Perhaps it was reported by a potential Buyer, or perhaps an internal audit by Adobe detected the missing release.

Disney can afford better lawyers than you. Better lawyers, even, than Adobe. Park rules https://disneyland.disney.go.com/park-rules/ "Prohibited activities: Photography, videotaping or recording of any kind, or otherwise engaging in any activity, for unapproved commercial purposes." But this doesn't need to be in the rules, you still couldn't sell it. If you plan to do commercial photography, you need to study IP in some detail or you can waste days and dollars taking useless shots.

Presumably the pic was removed because someone noticed that it was copyright violation. Adobe would run automated scans, Adobe's customers might complain that they paid for a photo they cannot legally used, or (worst of all) Disney might have complained. If you get a serious copyright hit it can be the end of your account.

Hello,

The castle will need an IP release! It was noticed that it should have an IP release, and as it didn't have one, it got sent to the reminder section. Also, you can see some people in the photo, so this is also an issue! They can be recognised, because you can see their faces, so you have to get a model release, (which probably is impossible)! Changing the name won't make a difference. Sending it the second time can often result in rejection, especially if there are some issues with the photo.

As for quality, well, I think this is an issue:

Thanks for the comment.
First of all you are sharp.
I just now noticed the stripe, I must have forgotten to delete it in Photoshop.
The question is why now they moved the picture from the portfolio after about 40 downloads?
Thanks anyway.
