Property releases

I recently submitted the two attached images. One was approved using the attached property release. The other was refused because of the same property release. Which is it? It frustrates the hell out of me! If the company gives me permission in writing to use their brands and logos what's the problem?!!!!

If the first photo (0499) was the refused one, you would probably need Montain Dew release too. If it was the other way around, I really don't know how to help

Both photos should be rejected. You need a model release and several property releases.

I had both. One for the model and another property release for Rapala. One
was approved and the other was rejected. Why?

Did you read any of the above comments? The Mountain Dew bottle is most definitely the reason why the first didn't get approved. It would be easy to edit it out.

Highly unlikely that you'd ever get a release from Pepsi-Cola, owner of the Mountain Dew brand! Each image needs to be carefully inspected for any and ALL brand names before posting.

You should really tell us, what got rejected and what got accepted. We are not your guessing clowns. This said, I strogly assume that 0499 got rejected:

Highly likely because of the Mountian Dew bottle, and possibly the neck strap.
