Hi!

Last time some of my photos was refused due to property rights.

Something that i don't understand is that before uploading photos i checked if there are similar photos already. So if many photos with the same item were accepted for me is logicall that my photos should be also acepted. But actually.... not

Good example photo of silver coins with panda coin in the foreground. I don't think that patern is restricted. Anyway many if you enter "panda coin" in adobe stock search engine you will found many phtos of that coin

Correct answer Ricky336

Panda coins are IP protected, rather like other Alt coins and Bitcoins.

You would have to include an IP release.

This might be useful:

Perhaps the other coins have IP releases.

I didn't find one “panda coin” in the Editorial-Use-Only category. For the keywords Panda and Coin, I see exactly 5 assets in the Editorial-Use-Only category.

It is not always easy to infer acceptance for new images from the existing database. You don't know if the others have not submitted a release. Furthermore, the IP denial could be related to something else, especially a keyword or the image title.

Thank for all of responses

I have read some links that you've send

So as I properly understood the most propably is that some who has accepeted photo (" that coin) have had release from China Mint or anyone who has rights to panda image or they just got "luck" and that wasn't been detected

Another thing is that I've send a photo with some headphones where I've deleted logo, but - that model has very characteristic design for one producent so I suppose that's too easily recognizable

Also on photo with stack of CD's I've replaced real logos with fake one - made by myself, but I suppose no one is checking if some logo is existing in real world

But finally I have one more question - I had some photos with few sculpture's - nothing very special and famous, just one of many other that are in most of the cities. That was also refused according to IP. That's also normal for every figure/ sculp?

IP releases will generally be needed with any kind of 'artwork' sculptures included - even if they might be a few hundred years old - the moderators don't know that, so they err on the side of caution I guess. Even - would you believe - graffiti needs a signed release, even if it is scribble on the side of a commuter train!
