работы висят на проверке более месяца....кто подскажет из-за чего это может быть?

У меня такаяже проблема. Сталкнулась с проблемой и не знаю куда обратиться. Загрузила работы созданные с помощью искуственного интелекра 2 месяца назад, но они досихпор не прошли проверку, лежат в обзоре и все на этом. Новые файлы проверяются в течении недели, а старые как лежали так и лежат в обзоре и не проверяются. Как быть? К кому обратиться?

It's an issue for many contributors (assets getting stuck or passed over). Attempts to contact Adobe about it will result in a generic response. Some have deleted "stuck" assets and resubmitted them, but there is no guarantee they will be treated as "new."
