Prüfung der Bilder dauert sehr lange

Hallo, manchmal passiert es dass Bilder in der Prüfung "hängenbleiben". Ich habe 7 Bilder die seit 7 Monaten weder akzeptiert noch abgelehnt wurden. 1 Bild vor 5 Monaten hochgeladen und 1 Bild vor 3 Monaten. Ich habe schon probiert diese Bilder nochmal einzureichen und sie werden trotzdem nicht geprüft. Andere die ich zur selben Zeit hochgeladen habe, allerdings schon. Jetzt aktuell 3 Vektordateien, 2 davon schon akzeptiert (selbes Thema Tiere), das dritte wieder nicht. Woran liegt das und wie soll ich mit den 7 Monaten alten Fotos umgehen?

This is a problem that all us have experienced. I have some assets that have waited for 8 months. It seems that once they have fallen into the "black hole", the only solution is to delete and resubmit. As @daniellei4510 has suggested, it's probably a good idea to change the file name slightly. Perhaps also changing the title and keywords somewhat will also help.

Du stehst mit Deinem Problem nicht alleine da. Es scheint, als ob es irgendwo in der Kette in ganz zäher Bug gibt, der macht, dass einige Bilder einfach hängen bleiben. Wir können da nichts machen, und Adobe scheint da nichts zu machen, oder sie befürchten, dass hier im Code zu wühlen mehr Probleme bereitet als gut ist. Vielleicht hilft es, die Bilder umzubenennen oder leicht anders zu editieren. Versuche einfach, wie @daniellei4510 vorschlägt den Namen zu ändern.

Did you change the file names when you re-submitted? Do that. In my experience, if I don't change the file names, they end up being ignored again.
