Hello! Good day.

I've been trying to change the name displayed on my portfolio, I've tried changing it through the Manage Adobe ID page and replaced both my public profile name and the one in the Account Information Access tab but to no luck. Would appreciate it if anyone from the team helps me with this. Thank you 🙏

@Timeless_,

If you're asking about your Adobe Portfolio website, log-in to your site settings and change the URL from the online editor.  Publish your site and refresh your browser (Ctrl + F5) to see changes.

If you're asking about your Stock Contributor Account, go here: https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/account  It'll take about an hour for changes to propagate to the Adobe Stock website.  As above, refresh your browser.

Hope that helps.

Hello,

My Adobe Stock Contributor Display Name is set to: "Svitlana Pokydina".

However, my public portfolio and asset pages still display my old Russian name to all visitors Светлана Покидина.

I changed the Display Name a long time ago, and the issue persists across different devices and browsers.

Could you please refresh or update my public contributor profile?

@Svitlana+Pokydina,

Is this your profile page?

Are you talking about this one: https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/account?

Yes! I was able to actually fix it through that link yesterday, it was from another post though. Thank you for helping!

It takes awhile for the name change to be recognized on Adobe's end. Give it a few hours.

Sadly mine has already been changed for over a month now, and it still hasn't changed.

I wish I could remember where I successfully changed mine but I'm fairly certain it was on my Adobe Stock Dashboard. Or my Behance page. Or both? I changed it some time ago.
