Public Profile - Portfolio Problem.

Hello. I have 62 photos and 82 videos uploaded to Adobe stock and approved. I sell 185 media products in total. When I want to see my participant account, i.e. my portfolio, when I click on the "show public profile" button, only 2 videos and 3 photos, 5 media products in total.

How can this problem be solved?

There are some restricted countries, but the list is not public. I suppose that the ones visible to you are your bestsellers. 

 

Tipp: when you exchange in the url your country code with "ca", you will see, what the workd sees. A potential buyer from your region will, however, get an error message, if they want to buy a restricted asset.

Are you in Turkey? Turkey is one of the countries that restricts assets for sale in the country. However, your assets are available for customers in other countries to license.
