Question

Pull all images and refund licensees

Over 7 a period of years I've earned a staggering amount of 90 cents! While not unexpected, it is clear to me that offering my photos here on Adobe Stock is completely useless, no one needs them, and Adobe kind of holds my hardly earned money low-key hostage since they won't pay out anything lessthan 25 USD, and it can't be used to pay into a subscription.

Thus, I would like to pull all my uploaded images and have the buyers/licensers get their money refunded, as I see no reason Adobe should get to keep these money either, that they refuse to pay me or others who barely sell anything.

Does anyone know how to get in touch with support? Because I sure can't find anything else than FAQs or forums.

If you can't accrue $25 in royalty payments, you're not offering customers what they want. There's no shame in that. Stock isn't a good fit for everyone.  Maybe you'll have better luck with one of the other royalty-free services.

You don't have the right to pull previously sold licenses. That ship has sailed. When you pull content from the Stock site, nobody new can view or license it.

Contact Stock Contributor Support from your portal.

As a passive observer on your situation, based on your experience, I find little sympathy for you situation.

I also think asking Adobe with buyer refunds for your assets is... unrealistic unreasonable, and frankly absurd:
I would ask more details trying to help improve your experience and results, but you seem resolved in ending your relationship with Adobe, which you're entitled to do, and a waste of time trying to help you figuring out why you're not getting sales.

Good luck to you

What you are requesting isn't likely to happen. I doubt highly that blanket refunds to buyers would be approved. If you no longer wish to be a contributor, you need to contact Adobe Support and ask them to close your account.

I've already wasted too much time today trying to find out how to get in touch with support. So I went ahead and deleted all my photos one by one, there weren't that many.

The fact that there weren't that many would explain why you only sold 90 cents worth of assets in 7 years. You need thousands of assets to make a decent profit.
