The first is black and white and needs an IP release or the name removed. The third needs an IP release or the name removed.

1) Skip the Black & White images.  Stock customers want full color.  If needed later, they can easily convert color to grayscale in Photoshop or Lightroom.  But it's not so easy to colorize B&W.

2) Be careful with signage.  You can't sell other people's designs without their written permission.  See Property Releases in your Contributor User Guide.

3) Adobe Stock customers expect the highest visual and technical quality for use in commercial projects: posters, magazines, social media, print and TV ads, merchandise, etc...  Before you submit, compare your best work with current Stock inventory.  It should be as good or better than what Stock has now

Your Contributor User Guide contains more tips.

In addition to being monochrome the first image also has a logo that would result in an IP rejection.

Like here:

 ... and here:

In addition to being black and white, it is also "out of focus" and "noisy". It's also missing contrast. The picture looks like a scan of an old black and white picture.

The second picture is noisy too and has these dust spots.

Contrast is missing and, as @daniellei4510 said, it has a colour cast.

It looks like a scan, too.

The third has similar issues. Dust spots, colour cast, noise and out of focus, missing contrast.

And it has a logo on display, again:

Thank you for the feedback!
It's a film scan, indeed. is this an issue in general?

First image: Adobe stock rarely accepts black and white photographs. The second two appear to have a distinct blue color cast.
