Manuel, your shot is amazing... I'm not sure if you actually caught the moment the spider is shutting the web, but it sure seems like it. The shallow depth of field is predictable given the nature of the shot, and in my opinion plenty in focus to make it attractive for a buyer. I must say that most of the rejections I see shared here have reasons to be rejected, and to me yours Does Not!
Unfortunately Adobe has an inconsistency in accepting photos that should be accepted.
I speak for myself only... I have submitted photos up to 4 times knowing there were not legitimate reasons to refuse them, then got approved and sold soon after. There's a risk of getting your account suspended, and the way I see it it's Adobe's loss. I also stopped resubmitting my wrongly rejected photos, and have been forced to upload to Getty, who so far have accepted all of Adobe's rejections.
I hope Adobe will acknowledge and fix this problem.
I do have some specific suggestions about your photo... -1 rotate it so it's easier for the eye to see -2 increase the saturation and selective density to make it pop more.
Again, you do what you think is right for you! Great shot, and don't stop shooting and submitting your work. I believe Adobe will fix this issues and make the experience better for all of us.
