Question

Quality issue

Hello Adobe Stock Support Team,

I recently had multiple video submissions rejected with the reason stated as “Quality Issues.” However, the rejection notes did not specify the exact problem. Could you please provide more detailed feedback on what specific quality issues were detected (e.g., noise, compression, resolution, stability, or other technical aspects)?

This will help me improve my workflow and avoid repeating the same mistakes in future submissions.

Thank you very much for your support and guidance.

Come back to the web forum and attach your rejected MP4 video file.

In the meantime, review the Video Submission Requirements in your Contributor User Guide. It covers all the technical points.

If you're generating video with AI, check your content for accuracy. AI is notorious for making mistakes.

Hope that helps.

Hey so I've tried with a lot of different clips that i've rendered out and lik ei said, it doesn't 'reject' them at all or produce any error. It just spins endlessly. How do i attach an mp4?

and yeah I've read all the specs and its not AI its my own OC drone footage.

We are not Adobe Support. We are contributors like yourself and do not have access to your rejected videos. Post a couple of your videos here and we can take a look.

Upload the images to this forum. No one is going to follow a link to view your images - too risky...
