Hello,

Apart from the focus, another point to keep in mind is your white balance. The photo is just too red!

E.g should be more like this:

    I assume it was rejected for quality issues, which you should include when you upload here. I agree with @George_F regarding the DOF. Even the tomato is not completely in focus.

    This appears too dark and needs exposure correction based on the Histogram.  The depth of field is too shallow and the main subject isn't completely on focus.
