Please help me understand what the problem is. I upscaled the issue but it was still rejected. Is it the contrast or something?

In any event, I'll take a quick guess on what I CAN see. The hand on the left is missing a finger.

We need to see the full-sized image as originally submitted. Assets can be rejected for almost imperceptible details and there is not enough information in this thumbnail to determine why it didn't pass.
