Recently, I upload a lot of videos with high quality according to me. I upscaled it using  to 4k which in turn not only resize the resolution but adding the bits, but it was rejected for quality issues, can anyone help tell me what is the quality issues? So I can fix it in my future submission. Is quality issues only about unintentionla shaking, black frames, or audio issues? I mean i seems to not be able to find any technical issues, or the content of video affects the submission approval? I cannot upload the video as it is 200MB in size for 10s video. Thanks.

Did you carefully read the submission requirements for Video?

Also, what upscaler did you use? Adobe doesn't recommend going from HD to 4K. Topaz Video could probably manage it, but any other method might result in some problems.

I used topaz, but does it affect if the image i used to generate video has not been upscaled yet?

Adobe does accept 1080p video, assuming that's what you started with. Outside of positive reviews, I'm not sure how well Topaz Video does with upscaling, particular from anything smaller than 1080p

The lighting effects on these two areas are poorly rendered. I also think that the sword going out of frame diminishes the strength of the video.

I uploaded the not upscaled version, so who knows any expert can give a comment on the content, or there is really any technical issue going on with the video
