I would love and really appreciate some feedback on why this wasn’t accepted :). I’m new to photography and could really use some tips for uploading

I think one of the main issues is the deep shadow on the sand. My mind wants to know where it’s coming from. I would expect hat area to be brown sand. It’s a bit underexposed as well. That said, there are over 33 million results when I perform a search for sunsets, so even if accepted, the chances of it being found and purchased are very small.

You need to upload the full-sized image. We can’t tell you much if anything from the thumbnail. The upload limit is 5MB, so reduce your image 5MB or just below it..
