Hello All,

The following image was rejected and really I can not figure it out why? Adobe tells us to ask people in this forum to critique it so I sure would appreciate your help to tell me what you think and why it was rejected. The image is A.I., 300dpi and 4mp. Thanks

I mean this:

In other words, compression artefacts.

It's not a focus problem, as it is an AI-generated image, but rather how it was created. It seems you enlarged a file from a small file.

You should be more critical to your creations. Do you think that this is a sharp detailed picture?

It's full of artefacts, does not show any detail. The dpi indication (should be ppi, btw) is not a quality parameter. It is indeed a nonsense parameter here. You would have the same quality at 30 ppi or 3000 ppi. It would be exactly the same image.

The image you have shown is very pixilated! Was the original like this?

I really had no idea it is pixelated, please explain in detail. It looks clear to me. However when I try and make big from the review page my image it does show a grainy pixelated look. But when I generated it, it was clear, clear as well when I revised it to 300dpi and resized it-but it looks pixelated, I dont see that, even now.

If it's not a smartphone - which camera and aperture?

The image is not sharply focused and there is chroma noise in the sky.

Focus. Look at 100% and you will see. Probably due to JPEG compression.
