Correct answer Nancy OShea

Thank you

Modern buildings are usually protected by at least one entity  -- owner, architect & builder.

As an example, The Chiat/Day "Binocular" building is home to Google's Los Angeles campus and was designed by world-reknowned architect, Frank Gehry.   It's a popular tourist destination where people often photograph the building for personal use.  But you can't sell the photo commercially.

Most modern buildings require a signed property release to use the building for commercial purposes. As a stock photographer, you should avoid using a single building as your main subject.  However, cityscapes and skylines are usually accepted if no single building is the primary subject.

IP rejection:

Quality rejections:

noise (2) and artefacts (1)

In addition, the framing is not great. I suppose you tried to add a dynamic picture, but you failed somehow.

I love the colours, however, even that they are oversaturated.

You're welcome. Apart from the editing errors, you can post this on social media and get some likes. 🙂 I like the picture cropped like this:

By the way - with regard to the quality - what did you do to the sky? It is full of artefacts and other faults. If you can tell us your technique the experts here may be able to help you get a more natural pic.

"Artifact and other faults", can you be more specific?

Give up on this image. If you could fix the quality issues, it would fail on IP issues. You cannot sell a photo of the bowling club (no matter how cool it is) for other people to use in their adverts.
