You have multiple issues in your pictures.

The boats:

IP Violation: You know that you will need to get rid of the logos, boat names and numbers, and that every where in the picture

The picture is so soft, I do not see the focus point.

The shadows (right) needs to be lightened up and the highlights (left) have to be dimmed.

Artefacts:

Look at the colours of the flags:

(and the light fringe around the flag).

Mode release: Happily, your processing made all the people unrecognizable, or you would have had to supply a model release from each of them.

See view:

Model release needed:

Quality issues: suspicious blur:

Artefacts (due to overprocessing):

 Missing and washed out details.

Leaning image: makes me seasick.

Square:

You need model releases from so many people:

 Quality issues:

There is no structure left:

Artefacts:

You will need to edit this out (IP violation):

(besides the artefacts in the image)

Basically, you over processed your images, and as such, the multiple quality issues did nothing good to these images and they were an easy reject. But without the quality issues, the first and last asset would still be impossible to get through, because of the multiple model releases needed and the numerous IP violations on the first image.

Quality is the first thing that I notice, therefore despite the other issues, this is enough to earn a rejection.

Then, on top of that, you have the other issues.

All 3 have IP issues including recognizable people and logos/signs which would require model releases and property releases.

The moderator refuses on the first error they see. Quality issues are multiple on all pictures, and easy to spot.

The first photo has underexposed shadows and needs IP releases.

The second photo is not straight and is not real sharp.

The third photo has exposure issues. The sky needs more detail and the birds should be removed. You need model releases.

The most disgusting acceptance of materials on Adobe. The second photo has a shadow, because the shadow is from the building. If the right part is made lighter, tomorrow the overexposed left part will be written to this author
