Yes, you need 4 mega pixels. But you simply can't add pixels for the sake of pixels.

That would be basically fraud to the user. You can combine more than one asset into a bigger picture. That will make your asset more interesting for the buyer. But do not let overly blank space between the elements.

Your first: you need to reduce the canvas to the minimum. Doing so leaves a 3 mega-pixels asset, which is too small to upload. checking the asset at 100% I see aliasing and other artefacts:

Much the same with the second and the third picture.

But the minimum resolution criteria is 4MP.
