I haven't seen a cupid in real life until now, but I think they have 5 toes.
My impression is that your AI is doing too much errors. the images are barely usable for being used as thumbnails. If by chance, some of those assets passed, do not jubilate. Accounts with plenty of bad assets like this may get blocked.

Why do you get quality issues? Easy, because there are some. Take note of what has been pointed out. When doing AI, you need to look carefully for drawing errors. In your examples, there are quite a few with the bow and arrows. They do not line up. These errors are easy to spot, and buyers wouldn't be happy if they downloaded it and then noticed the mistakes.
Eyes, unfinished details like toes, etc. In the first image, the bow string doesn't reach the arrow itself. In the last image, half the string is missing entirely. Many of these issues are visible without even having to the assets at full size.

Photo 1: Look at the deformed toes on the Cupid. Look at the bow string. Look at the edges of his hair. His deformed fingers. Really? View your images at 200% and you will see errors.
