My attached image got rejected due to quality issues, could anyone tell me what the quality issue is in my photo?

Minor drawing errors. And as I often suggest, try to stay away from the default square format of AI. It leaves no room for creative composition or for the buyer to crop, add copy, etc.

16:9, 9:16, 2:3, 3:2, 4:5, 5:4....anything but square. It will always depend on the subject of the asset.
