Quality Issues

My picture was rejected due to quality problems. Does anyone know why this could be?

As @oleschwander mention, the beard would also be an issue. It needs smoothing out and a cleanup of the surrounding loose hairs.

Look closely at the buckle by his hand. It's malformed and not really part of a belt.
