Hi,

I would like to understand what the actual quality problem is with the two attached images (infrared, and street phot). It would help me a lot to understand the rejection criteria.
Thanks for your help!

Read the user manual. There are more than quality issues with this picture:

1) copyrighted character

2) artwork done by someone else, needs a property release. Getting a property release, however, does not really help, except if the artist has a property release for 1)

3) logo

4) logo

5) Identifier

6) logo

Each of this is an IP violation.

Adobe doesn't accept any images with filters added, which is how they would probably evaluate the first image. The second image has several logos, and those, as well as the street art, would result in an IP refusal.
