Quality issues AI-generated images

Focusing issues aside, as @Abambo mentioned, I think the images would stand up well on their own without the flowers. Were these added after the fact or is that what the AI did on it's own? Also, while it's a minor thing, I always add catchlights to the eyes when AI fails to do so on its own. I even go so far as to add a catchlight to one eye, then copy and paste it over the other eye, since the catchlights in theory would be identical in most cases.
