Hi Adobe Team, I need your assistance in re-evaluating why my high-resolution and best-quality pictures are being rejected, even though one was accepted before. Both AI-generated and camera pictures are of similar resolution and quality. Please let me know if there are specific criteria I need to be aware of or any adjustments I should make.

Adobe will not help you in identifying the exact refusal reason, as that would be an impossible task to do. You will need to post the asset as submitted here, give us the refusal reason (header only!!!) and we will check and comment the asset. Obviously, the resolution is not a quality criteria, and saying that the quality is good does not make that true.

If you do not want to share your assets, you will need to examine your assets yourself. Before that, you should read the manual: If you are new to stock, you should consider these resources: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/tutorials.html
Please read the contributor user manual for more information on Adobe stock contributions: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/user-guide.html

and especially quality and technical issues: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/quality-and-technical-issues.html

You are not addressing Adobe directly here in this community and will receive no reply from an Adobe representative. There is no avenue for you to dispute the findings of the Moderators or to get your assets re-reviewed. However, if you upload a couple here in full size you will receive feedback from other experienced Contributors.

We need to see the images in question. We can't be of help otherwise.
